Covance Senior Principal Statistical Programmer in Maidenhead, United Kingdom
Covance is one of the world’s largest and most comprehensive drug development services companies and we are recruiting for an experienced Senior Principal Statistical Programmer to join our highly skilled Programming department at our Maidenhead office, Berkshire. This is a permanent position that can be office or remote based.
We are looking for someone to lead a global team of programmers who are responsible for delivering SDTM-like data for a large portfolio of studies. This person will manage resource, act as a Subject Matter Expert, represent the programming function at client meetings and provide training/technical support to the internal team.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Statistical Programmer educated to a Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent (ideally in a computing, life science, mathematical or statistical discipline), who has ideally worked in clinical trials within a CRO and/ or Pharma. Experience with people/ project management would be advantageous.
