We are currently recruiting for a Study Coordinator to join our growing BIOCMC department in Harrogate.
Support in the archiving of study/non study related documentation.
Responsible for the update of key archiving metrics.
Works to streamline processes and harmonize with best practices
Assists with audits in response to questions regarding documentation practices
Responsible for the regulatory compliance of all functions within their scope
Assists in the review of archiving processes on a continual basis & drive any updates / improvements where applicable with senior personnel or management.
Ensures that any work performed within the Division is carried out to the required standards, and that all study work is conducted in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, specifically those regulations (GMP / GLP / GCP) specified in the study plans, protocols, or work agreements.
Perform other related duties as assigned
Education / Qualifications
Academic qualifications at school or college level (GCSE, A-level & HND, etc) and/or appropriate amount of relevant experience.
The ability to get things done by influencing others (both internal and external).
Computing skills, including word processing and use of spreadsheets (e.g. Microsoft Office packages and Microsoft Project).
An understanding of health and safety policies, Company policies and procedures, and an understanding of GMP/GLP/GCP.
The post holder should be able to communicate effectively at all levels, with other Covance employees, as well as external clients, suppliers, etc.
