  • Build enterprise employer brand and position-specific marketing campaigns from conception to implementation

  • Partner with global talent acquisition teamon digital, social, video, events and traditional media initiatives

  • Define measurements for success and assess the effectiveness of campaigns

  • Evaluate and launch new and emerging recruitment channels, tools and marketing outreach strategies

  • Lead talent market voice of employee research to gain insight into talent market

Education/Qualifications

The Recruitment Marketing Manager will be most successful at Covance with at least 8 years of marketing experience along with a university or bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or HR

Experience

  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing concepts, visual identity, content management, brand strategy and social media including WeChat, WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Glassdoor and SnapChat

  • Must have experience in crafting compelling, targeted marketing messaging (copywriting of social, blogs, etc.)

  • Expertise in leading multi-functional project teams and strong project management experience

  • Knowledge of drug development industry preferred

  • Ability to travel as required
