We are currently seeking a pro-active Clinical Project Administrator/ Senior Clinical Project Administrator to join our expanding CoSource team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support to client and project team (e.g., word/excel processing, proofreading and editing correspondence, large and small documents, mailings, shipment of study files, fax and photocopy documents, assemble study documents, and arrange meetings, etc.).

  • Develop site-specific budgets (in excel) based on study budget parameters provided by the client project management team and applicable country/site-specific requirements.

  • Assist the project team with coordination of study budget negotiation with potential investigators

  • Maintain administrative systems (tracking and other) for clinical projects.

  • Act as contact for project team, client and study sites.

  • Upon request and with guidance, schedule and organize meetings, generate agendas, maintain and distribute meeting minutes and team contact lists.

  • Assist with the development of management tools, such as trackers, to monitor activity with assistance from a more senior Associate or Manager.

Education / Qualifications

  • Good oral and written English language skills

  • University/college degree, preferably in a healthcare/scientific field. Specific clinical research experience may be substituted for education.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing with clients

  • Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to be persistent while maintaining tact

  • Demonstrated computer skills – requires excellent MS Office experience (specifically Excel, Power Point) , Novice excel programming skills

  • Ability to develop accurate study related documents with minimal supervision (Proven ability to work independently)

  • Demonstrated ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize

  • Demonstrated teamwork, and organizational skills

  • Strong analytical skills

Experience

  • At least one to two years' administrative experience, prior experience as CPA or equivalent CPA experience
