Covance M&A Manager, APAC Benefits (1 year contract) in Singapore

Job Overview

  • Complete all analysis on a given M&A project, seeking support from the wider HR community and payroll function where necessary.

  • Identify all cost implications and report accordingly.

  • Make recommendations in respect of M&A projects at the employee, country and business level.

  • Supports the annual evaluation of benefits and insurance policy renewal for APAC and potentially of other regions (EMEA / LATAM).

  • Support the harmonization process for acquired employees by working with HR to ensure contracts are correct and employee communication is appropriate.

  • Input to the vendor relationships with brokers and advisors so that acquired employees are included in vendor negotiations.

  • Partner with Global Compensation team where necessary.

Education/Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required

  • Advanced degree preferred

Experience

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits

  • Proven M&A experience, preferably within a complex commercial organization.

  • Excellent in Excel

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Some exposure to CRO, Pharma, or ITES industry would be good but not compulsory.
